INCOME TAX PREPARATION

Naturalization is the process in which immigrants become United States citizens. And that process begins with being a lawful permanent resident. We will guide you through your path to citizenship.

Obtaining a green card is often the first step to becoming a lawful United States resident. There are different types of green cards available and your situation will dictate which one is appropriate for you to apply.

We prepare individual taxes, 1040 series and our prices include direct deposit and electronic filing. From Jan 1st to April 15th we do not take appointments for taxes; come, sign in and wait your turn. Be sure to bring us all forms you need to report, state I.D. & direct deposit information.

We help with family based processing; family members of Legal Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizens.  We help file a visa petition for your family member and, if needed, help you through the rest of the process until your family member is able to immigrate. We  fill out the forms and applications you deem necessary, as well as translate any documents that are in the Spanish Language.  Documents that may need translating are, but not limited to: birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, divorce degrees, adoption degrees, etc.

After the visa petition is approved, more processing may be required either at immigration offices or the American Embassy or Consulate. In some cases after approval, a waiting period of several months to several years is required before being able to finalize the process depending on the family member you are sponsoring.
